The third edition of the International Conference on Smart City Challenges & Outcomes for Urban Transformation (SCOUT) is being organized by Interscience Research Network (IRNet) at Singapore. SCOUT-2024 is going to take place at Singapore during July 26th-27th, 2024.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by at least 2 experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be submitted to EI indexed proceeding from a top publisher.
